Failure and return

If you want to refuse from an already completed purchase, contact us by phone or other means available to you and inform about it. Add or replace a position in the order is impossible.

RETURN

Return of Good Quality Goods is possible if its presentation, factory labels, labels, consumer properties, as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified Goods are preserved. Return of used goods is not possible.

Return of goods is carried out in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 9, 2002 No. 90-З (as amended on July 8, 2008) “On Protection of Consumer Rights”. Full information on consumer rights in case of return of goods you can read here – “On Consumer Protection”. If the ordered model did not fit for any reason, the buyer can send it back to the seller within 14 calendar days after receipt. In this case, the cost of return shipping is at the expense of the buyer.

To make a return, you should:

  • Enclose an application for refund inside the parcel (it must contain your full name, address, telephone number, reason for return).
  • You can send the product:
    • by regular mail, by priceless parcel (not by cash on delivery!) to the address for mailing 220055, Republic of Belarus, Minsk, Kamennogorskaya str., 47, office 118, 7th floor). The recipient is RegionPrime Ltd.
    • by transport company SDEK to the terminal of the TK in Minsk (Karbysheva str., 37). The recipient is RegionPrime Ltd.

ATTENTION! PARCELS SENDED BY YOU WITH A CUSTOM PAYMENT REMAIN UNQUESTED AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED TO RETURN! GOODS FROM SHARES AND SALES – RETURN AND EXCHANGE ARE NOT SUBJECT. THE FORMER THAT IS NOT ACCEPTED IN USE FOR RETURN.
